Authorization rests solely with site Administrators and alumni of the Class of 1966 to share or use this information for personal or non-profit purposes. DEFINITIONS
The terms “us”, “we”, or “our”, refers to the www.clchs66.com root Administrator, the owner of this Web site. A “Visitor” is someone that merely browses our Web site. A “Member” is someone who has joined our Web site. The term “User” or “you” is a collective identifier that refers to either a Visitor or a Member. MEMBER CONDUCT
This Web site has Forums and other messaging features designed to assist Members to communicate with classmates and site Administrators. You agree to use the features only to submit or post messages and materials that are proper.
As a Member, you agree not to use this Web site to do any of the following:
- Upload, post or otherwise transmit any Member Content that:
- infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable law
- is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, profane, hateful, tortuous, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable material of any kind
- encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, promotes violence or illegal activities, or otherwise violates any applicable local, state, federal, or international law
- uses a false e-mail or postal address, impersonates any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of your posted content

ADMINISTRATIVE RIGHTS
You acknowledge that the Administrators do not pre-screen content, but that they and their designees retain the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse, edit, or remove any inappropriate content, photos, suggestive sexual content, or improper language without notice. Anyone who is abusive or posts any perceived inappropriate content on his or her personal page or in any form to other classmates, or causes any perceived level of distress, receives one warning to retract or otherwise modify the questionable content within 48 hours of being notified by an Administrator. Should the member fail to meet such a request, an Administrator has full authority to either restrict the member’s ability to post Member Content or to immediately terminate the membership of the member, without further notification to the member.
Without limiting the foregoing, the Administrators shall have the right and sole discretion to remove any content that violates this Agreement or is otherwise objectionable. The Administrators retain the right to moderate any forum posts should they deem it necessary for any reason. You specifically agree that the Administrators are not responsible for any content sent using and/or included in this site by any third party.

The Administrators reserve the right to investigate complaints or reported violations of this Agreement and to take any action they deem appropriate, including but not limited to, reporting any suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement officials, regulators, or other third parties and disclosing any information necessary or appropriate to such persons or entities relating to your profile, email addresses, usage history, posted materials, IP addresses and traffic information.

The root Administrator owns and maintains this site for the benefit of the Crystal Lake Community High School, Class of 1966. The root Administrator owns the domain name – www.clchs66.com. The site root Administrator owns all of the content of the site excluding classmate profile information, photos, and videos. You cannot copy and paste any content of this Web site without the permission of the Administrator. Any content reproductions of this Web site will result in immediate revocation of your privileges to access the site.
